I am currently working towards a PhD at the University of York, UK.
My research is focused on an engagement of Merleau-Ponty's philosophy with contemporary philosophers such as John McDowell. In this context, my aim is to draw out a phenomenological understanding of rationality and meaning. From this I also hope to clarify the nature of Merleau-Ponty's idealism and its development in the later works.
My previous research project consisted of my Master's dissertation on the topic of 'Transcendental arguments for the Other in Sartre and Fichte'
