About
I am a senior researcher for an asset reunification company, which involves researching family trees, finding long-lost relatives and heirs of estates for investment companies.
I wrote my MA thesis on the function of church towers Suffolk - particularly focusing on ones of the 11th and 12th centuries. There has been a lot of debate about the date of these towers, and whether they were used for defence etc. I looked at four case studies and doing an analysis of the architecture, the landscape context and historical documents to see whether these towers were solely used for liturgical purposes, or whether they also played a role in secular society.
