About
I work in the field of stochastic processes, and am particularly interested in the ideas of coupling and stochastic stability, and their application to perfect simulation. At present I am interested in understanding the differences (and similarities) between maximal couplings and optimal co-adapted couplings, and the repercussions that such observations may have for the design of MCMC and perfect simulation algorithms.
